Code of conduct

  • I only work for companies, not for candidates.

  • I do not provide information to third parties without candidates’ permission.

  • Every assignment is dealt with in strict confidence.

  • I only accept assignments that I think I can complete successfully.

  • I will not recruit from the company of a client where I have placed someone for a period of two years following my last placement of a candidate.

  • I will never recruit candidates whom I have placed before.

  • If employees of one of my clients seek contact, I am allowed to include these candidates in the executive search procedure.

  • PBW complies with the applicable legislation namely General Data Protection Regulation.
