Organisations
I work for small and medium-sized companies in the profit sector (business services, energy, startups and scaleups-, family businesses, consumer & retail, industry, real estate, pharma). Depending on the position, I am able to find generalists or specialists (commercial, marketing, financial, legal, medical, HR). These can be enterprising 'builders' or candidates with a more 'managing' profile.
Candidates
Together with the client I curate a good profile, and you seem to be a prospective match. It’s then up to you to indicate that you’d like to receive the job profile and information from the client. If I believe there is a potential match, the next step is an extensive interview (at least two hours), in which you and I discuss your CV, background, ambitions and motives. What is your mission and what do you need to realise it?
Do we both feel that you’re the right candidate? If so, an introductory interview with the client will follow. I will handle your details discreetly and will only share your details with the client when you have given permission to do so.
I will keep you fully informed throughout the entire application process. I can also be reached by phone or email in the evenings and at weekends.
